"What lies behind us, and what lies before us are but tiny matters compared to what lies within us." — Ralph Waldo Emerson
You Don't Have to CarryEveryone Else's Weight.
If you're exhausted from saying "yes" when you mean "no," hyper-attuned to everyone's mood but your own, and quietly convinced your worth depends on being helpful — this isn't a character flaw. It's anxiety, and it can shift.

Somatic & Trauma-Informed
Anxiety often shows up as over-functioning in relationships — hyper-attunement to others' moods, guilt any time you set a boundary, a sense that your worth is tied to how agreeable you are.
Through somatic therapy and a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we work with the body as well as the mind — because insight alone rarely changes a pattern your nervous system learned to survive.
Not just managing anxiety.
Reconnecting with yourself.
- ✓ You notice yourself saying "yes" when you mean "no," and feel guilty even considering a boundary.
- ✓ You feel responsible for how everyone around you feels — and exhausted by it.
- ✓ You identify as highly sensitive, an empath, or a "people-pleaser," and want that named, not fixed.
- ✓ You want a therapist who works with the body, not just talk — somatic, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming.
- ✓ You're a California resident looking for telehealth therapy that actually fits your life.
If this sounds like you, let's talk.
Book a ConsultationFour steps, at a pace your nervous system can actually keep up with.
A short call, no pressure
We talk through what's bringing you to therapy now, and make sure it feels like a fit before you book a first full session.
Understanding your patterns
Early sessions focus on understanding where your anxiety and people-pleasing patterns come from — and building a sense of safety in your own body.
Somatic tools, real boundaries
Weekly sessions build practical tools for regulating anxiety, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with what you actually want — not just talking about it.
Showing up as yourself
Over time, the goal isn't just less anxiety — it's showing up more fully and authentically in your relationships and your life.
She's lived this, too.
Juliet is a somatic therapist, artist, and dancer who's learned firsthand how to live with anxiety instead of constantly fighting it. Her approach is warm and collaborative, with a healthy dose of wit and humor sprinkled in.
Because your body remembers what your mind talks around.
Body Awareness
Anxiety lives in the body as much as the mind. We work with physical sensation, not just thoughts, to get to what's actually driving a pattern.
Nervous System Regulation
You'll build real tools for calming an activated nervous system — so regulation doesn't depend on the people around you staying calm first.
Change That Sticks
Understanding a pattern intellectually and actually shifting it are different things. Somatic work aims for the second.
Issues and populations I work well with.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist · LMFT #153973 · CaliforniaJuliet earned her master's in somatic psychotherapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies, after years of working with doctors, physical therapists, and talk therapists to address body-related challenges in her own life.
Before that, she studied Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Mills College — a lens that continues to shape her work with clients whose identities fall outside the cultural mainstream, including LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamorous clients.
Art and movement remain some of her most meaningful processing tools, and she loves supporting clients in reconnecting with their own creativity, in and out of session.
